Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop at Casa Educa. We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience and ensuring your orders are delivered to you in a timely manner. This Shipping Policy outlines important information about shipping, delivery, and related terms and conditions. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.

  1. Shipping Methods and Timelines:

    a. We offer shipping services within Australia. The estimated delivery time for domestic orders is typically 7-10 business days from the date of shipment, excluding weekends and holidays.

  2. Order Processing Time:

    a. Processing Time: Once your order is placed and payment is successfully processed, it will typically take 1-2 business days to process and prepare your order for shipment. However, please note that during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, order processing times may be longer.

    b. We do not currently offer Express Shipping but if you do need your parcel by a specific date please don't hesitate to contact us at info@casaeduca.com or via Instagram.

    c. PRE-ORDER ITEMS- Please note that if an item is listed as PRE ORDER it will not ship until after the specified arrival date. If you place additional NON PRE ORDER items in the same order as your PRE ORDERED item, the items that are in stock will be posted out with the pre-ordered item when it arrives.

  3. Shipping Charges:

    a. We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over 200 $. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee of 12$ will be applied at checkout.

    b. Our Free Shipping offer is not valid on any products that are deemed a heavy shipping item. This will be advised in the product description. If your order incurs a heavy shipping free this option will appear at checkout. Please select the heavy shipping option at checkout. Your order will not be able to be sent until the heavy shipping cost has been processed. Thank you so much for your understanding. 

    b. BULKY ITEMS are excluded from free shipping. Please note bulky items will mention Bulky Shipping Fees in their description. If a different type of shipping is selected instead you will be invoiced for the $18 bulky shipping fee which will need payment prior to your order dispatching.

  4. Delivery:

    a. Delivery Address: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information during the checkout process. Please ensure the shipping address is correct and includes all relevant details (e.g., apartment number, floor, company name) to avoid delivery delays or misplacement.

    b. Delivery Attempts: Our shipping partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your package to the provided address. If delivery is unsuccessful, a delivery notification will be left, and you may need to arrange a re-delivery or pickup following the instructions provided.

    c. Delivery Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, customs clearance, or carrier delays may occasionally impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

  5. Order Modifications and Cancellations:

    a. Modifying an Order: Once an order is placed, changes or modifications may not be possible. If you need to make any amendments, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

    b. Cancelling an Order: To cancel an order, please reach out to our customer support team within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee cancellations for orders that have already been processed or shipped.

  6. Returns and Exchanges: Please refer to our separate Returns and Exchanges Policy for detailed information regarding product returns, exchanges, refunds, and related procedures.

  7. Complimentary gift wrapping: Let us know at checkout if your item is a gift, for free gift wrapping.
